Veterans Service
The Veterans Service Officer (VSO) advises and assists local veterans and their dependents by completing necessary forms and papers for those who need and may be entitled to assistance. The paperwork is then forwarded to the North Carolina Division of Veterans Affairs for review and presentation to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
