Driveway & Septic GuidelinesBefore Any Address is Assigned
Your driveway must be graded in or flagged exactly where it is coming off of the main roadway before an address can be assigned. Once an address is given, any deviation from original placement of the driveway will result in your address being changed.
Your septic must have a Perc Test completed and approved before your address will be released. A copy of your Perc Test is required for proof that it has been approved.
We do not email, fax, mail, text, or release your address over the phone. Once your address form is ready, you will be contacted by the Addressing and Mapping Department for you or your contractor to pick up.
